This is a 3D scene project for game and film. This project is mainly aimed at the lights of ancient Chinese cities-how to make rational use of thousands of lights.

Reference

The layout and lighting reference this time also comes from pinterest. But after making it for a while, I decided to make an ancient Chinese city at sunset in the afternoon.

Layout

Similar to the previous scene process, I must first quickly confirm the general shape and location of the building needed.

Modeling

The modeling stage is a bit boring, this stage took me a long time. There are two types of stone models. One is made in Maya, but such a model cannot show perfect details. Another way is to make in Zbrush, one of the disadvantages of the process is that it consumes a lot of time.

Texturing

After texturing, I found that the picture effect has not changed much. This phenomenon is due to lack of light source.
